The League of Sol / Terran Coalition war breaks out in 2432 when League of Sol forces attack Canaan, in what they believe is a surprise engagement. The Coalition however, was informed of the incoming force by a picket vessel along the border, though lost with all hands, this ship very well saved the Coalition. Mustering its forces, the Coalition engaged the League in Canaan system proper, and held the line until reinforcements from the various nation states could arrive. They then turned the tide, and crushed the League force.

For the next 32 years, the war has raged along the borders and planets of the Terran Coalition. Battered by the previous wars with the Saurians, most of the previous Canaan Alliance allies have sat out this latest battle. Only the Matrinads have fully come to the aid of the Coalition. Several Saurian houses have also joined the cause, and efforts are on going to reform the Canaan Alliance. The year is 2464. The battle has been joined.

Fight the good fight
