The Rand-class is the League heavy cruiser. Its shields make it perhaps the most advanced ship in the League fleet. The mag-cannon deflection rate of the Rand's shielding is higher than any other known LOS starship class.

Notable Rand Class Ships

LX Roark
Completed in 2431, the LX Roark is one of the few League of Sol warships that survived the initial battle of Canaan, and is one of only two ships that have survived the entire war so far. It currently operates in the battle group of Admiral Pierre Seville.
