The capital world of the Kingdom of Spain. With a population of 1.1 billion it is one of the fifteen most heavily populated worlds in the Coalition. New Spain has one large Africa-sized continent, Castile, and three smaller continents between Europe and North America in size; Catalonia, Navarre, and Columbia.

Each of the secondary continents is populated primarily be a specific subgroup of Iberian culture; Columbia is populated by Latin Americans, Navarre is populated by Basques, and Catalonia is populated by Catalan. New Spain's capital is New Madrid, and other major cities include New Seville, New Sargasso, and New Havana.

New Spain has two moons, Picasso (named after the painter for the odd-shaped craters and rock formations and how they look from a distance) and Alvarado (the Spaniard who led the expedition to the planet).
