The Coalition Senate is the upper house of legislature for the Coalition. It is comprised of one member from each independent planet or individual nation within the Coalition itself. Election rules vary by nation: some Senators are given their position by popular election, others are appointed by their governments. All will serve six years. The current count of Senators is 512.
